Frank’s advisory and counselling work focuses on the combination of general management expertise and experience in a very wide range of companies of complexities/sizes including mergers and acquisition, startups, scale-ups, restructurings and turnarounds with a hands on practical approach. He has a particular strength in business investment case evaluations, driving companies to grow, development of team cohesion, and M&A integration.

With over 30 years of experience in both small and multi-national companies such as ABB Asea Brown Boveri, Barco, Esterline, SVS Treality, and ScioTeq, Frank has served in various executive leadership positions with global responsibilities, and was lucky to be part of some great innovation and growth stories.  Frank started his own management and advisory firm in the summer of 2021. Frank has served in Boards Of Directors and Advisory Boards of several companies, international boards, and federations.

 

As a CEO & President, Frank oversaw the corporate direction, governance, and strategy of several businesses such as Esterline, ScioTeq and SVS Treality’s global operations. His focus was on leadership, complex deal negotiations, and business strategy. ​An entrepreneur at heart, Frank thrives in an environment of innovation and growth. He works with passion and dedication and looks for a team of like-minded people to deliver on common strategic objectives and goals.

Frank has a Master Degree in Business Engineering and an MBA in International Management. He has a management degree from the Vlerick Leuven Ghent School for Management and is a graduate of the Executive Leadership Development Program at Stanford University's Graduate School of Business.

Frank currently is Co-CEO & Partner of AMBITS BV, a company focussing its energy on providing Leadership Development for a Better World. AMBITS's vision is to help leadership to achieve their personal growth ambitions and to enhance overall performance of the organization they are part of. AMBITS is growing fast and scaling up to the next level with an evidence based approach for leadership development via guidance of experienced business mentors.

Frank also serves as a Member of the BOD Board of Directors of FARESA BV, a rapidly growing mental health company with several offices in Belgium (Hasselt and Brussels) and 20 psychologists improving mental health of over 1,000 patients per year (B2C) and offering mental health B2B services for large business clients. The newly established business unit Faresa Digital Tools is an internal health tech venture with an entrepreneurship growth mindset and a digital “start-up” spirit.

He also serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of AGILICA BV. AGILICA offers a simple and powerful, unified system for precise navigation and tracking using ultra-wideband wireless technology for the positioning of drones offshore and in GPS denied environments. Agilica is a spin-off project at the Royal Military Academy of Brussels, Belgium and brings together a talented and experienced team with backgrounds ranging from military communications, R&D, IoT innovations and entrepreneurship.
